1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Registration

To place bets or play games on kkx8, you must register a player account. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account management:

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active kkx8 account. kkx8 employs automated systems to detect duplicate registrations by cross-referencing mobile numbers, device fingerprints, IP addresses, and payment method details. Where a duplicate is identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any bonuses or winnings derived from them forfeited.

4.4 Account Currency

All kkx8 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No multi-currency accounts are available. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in BDT.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

kkx8 is committed to operating a safe and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any point, including but not limited to:

• Before processing your first withdrawal request.
• When your cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed defined internal thresholds.
• When our fraud detection systems flag unusual account activity.
• As part of a routine or triggered compliance review.

Acceptable identity documents include: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driver's licence. Supporting address verification may also be requested in the form of a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past 90 days.

Failure to supply satisfactory documentation within 14 calendar days of a formal KYC request will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved. kkx8 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending the satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

kkx8 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and selected local bank transfers. Visa and Mastercard may be available subject to issuer restrictions.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will be declined automatically. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by kkx8, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

6.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your kkx8 account within two minutes of a confirmed transaction. In rare cases of network congestion or provider downtime, processing may take up to 30 minutes. If your deposit has not appeared after 60 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

6.4 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to available balance and completed KYC requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard processing time is within 30 minutes during operating hours (08:00–24:00 BST). Withdrawals requested outside operating hours will be processed on the next available processing cycle.

6.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

kkx8 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where: KYC verification is incomplete; the account is under investigation for fraud or abuse; the withdrawal relates to funds derived from bonus abuse or collusion; or any other circumstance that gives kkx8 reasonable grounds to pause processing pending review.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

kkx8 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are limited to one claim per person, household, device, or IP address.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The specific rollover multiple (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) is stated on the individual promotion page.

8 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on kkx8 are subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules (cricket, football, kabaddi, etc.) are published in the relevant section of the platform.

• Bets are final once confirmed. kkx8 does not accept bet cancellation requests after confirmation except in the circumstances explicitly described in the applicable product rules.
• kkx8 reserves the right to void any bet where it suspects a pricing error, technical fault, or fraudulent information (e.g., match-fixing intelligence).
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may change without prior notice based on market conditions.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, kkx8's decision — based on official results published by the relevant governing body — is final.
• Parlays, accumulators, and system bets are governed by the relevant product rules. Where one selection in a parlay is void, standard void rules apply as described in the product rules section.

Casino game rules — including RTP percentages, paytables, and game-specific mechanics — are governed by the rules embedded within each individual game title as supplied by the respective game provider (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, etc.).

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kkx8 Platform. Violation of any item in this list may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known or apparent errors will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage in any product.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the kkx8 Platform — including but not limited to the kkx8 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, written content, graphics, icons, and software — is the intellectual property of kkx8 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content; use any kkx8 trademark or branding without express written consent; or scrape, index, or harvest Platform data by automated means.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, kkx8 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Loss of data, winnings, or other information resulting from system failure or network disruption.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Any reliance placed by you on content, information, or odds published on the Platform.

kkx8's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

kkx8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
